November Board of Directors Meeting

Trip Committee Meeting: Ski Director Brenda Nichols will be holding a ski trip committee meeting at 6:30 p.m., before the regular board meeting starts to get the conversation started on trips for 2024 and 2025. All current trip leaders are asked to attend or let Brenda know If they are unable to be there. Anyone interested in leading a trip in the future is also more than welcome to attend. Bring your ideas for future trips and destinations!
Board members and Judicial Committee: Please sign up here or let us know if you can't make it. We need a quorum to to be able to vote on any matters concerning the club and we need at least one member of the Judicial Committee present. Our host is Donna McCall.
All registered members of TCSC are welcome to attend any board meeting!
Parking Information: If folks are coming for the ski trip meeting and staying for the membership meeting, they can park in my driveway, which will hold 4 or so cars. For those just coming for the trip meeting or leaving the membership meeting early, street parking would be best. Park on the street opposite my driveway, heading uphill. My house is the 4th house on the left from the start of E Hamton Rd at Moore Ave. I live on a hill and around a curve, with no street lights, so be cautious. I will have my garage door open with lights on.
