December 19, 2024, Board of Directors Meeting

6 p.m. - Pot Luck Dinner. Our December Board of Directors Meeting begins with a holiday potluck dinner at 6 p.m. and guests are invited! A short business meeting follows at 7 p.m. with the festivities resuming afterwards. Bring your spouse or partner, a dish to share and your beverage of choice.
7 p.m. - Business Meeting. 2024-25 ski season planning for the year. An agenda will be sent beforehand. Please let Ingrid Jordak know what you'd like included on the agenda. Hope everyone will attend.
All TCSC members are invited to attend any and all board meetings!
Attendance: We need at least nine board members and one member of the Judicial Committee to be present to conduct business and vote on motions. Thanks much!
