Cost of lift tickets directly with Sugarloaf are $48.- per day ($192.- / 4-days), $40.- / day for 65+ ($160.- / 4-days).

• 2nd payment - $300 due Aug 1st (mail to Dave)
• 3rd payment - $300 due Oct 2nd (mail or club meeting)
• Last payment - $300 due Dec 4th (mail or club meeting)

Cancellation / Refund policy

• Cancel prior to August 1st for full refund
• Aug 1 to Dec 1 - cancellations will require a substitute to receive refund
• After Dec 1st - trip is non-refundable
• NOTE:  due to increasing fuel costs, additional surcharges may apply.  If additional charges are incurred, you will be responsible for payment of any increases in these costs.

Sunday, 15 March

6:00 am - arrive at Shafer Bus, 500 North St, Endicott, NY
** bring your own food and beverage on the bus
6:30 am - bus departs for Maine
7:30 am - Bainbridge pick-up...
NOON =>  lunch stop in... W. Lebanon, NH
...McDonalds's, Burger King, Wendy's, or Jersey Mike's Subs
...N. Plainfield Rd (Rt 12A), West Lebanon, NH
...take Rt 91 north to Rt 89 east, Rt 12A south (12A is Plainfield Rd)
5:00 pm - arrive at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel
NOTE... we will have additional rest stops during this drive

7 - 10 am - breakfast

Tuesday, 17 March

7 - 10 am - breakfast
5 pm - group dinner: 5 pm - cash bar; 6 pm - buffet dinner
6:30 - 8:30 pm - live entertainment at 45 North restaurant
